Optical Cohorence Tomography Analysis of Hollenhorst Plaque

A Hollenhorst Plaque (HP) is a bright yellow refractile arteriolar accumulation, caused by a cholesterol embolism. In this study, the optical cohorence tomography findings of a 60-year-old patient with BRAO and Hollenhorst Plaque are presented.
