A Rare Sign of Anemic Retinopathy: Premacular Sub-Internal Limiting Membrane Hemorrhage

We hereby report a patient with premacular sub-internal limiting membrane hemorrhage as an unusual presentation of anemic retinopathy and discuss treatment alternatives.
