Fourty-three year old male patient with a history of occupational trauma was referred to our clinic with visual impairment. Temporal optic disc pallor in right eye and diffuse optic atrophy in left eye were observed in ophthalmoscopy. Bilateral widespread Purtscher fleckens and retinal hemorrhages have been observed in post pole in fundus photography taken three weeks after trauma. Purtscher's retinopathy should come to mind in patients with visual impairment who have a trauma history. Keywords : Purtscher, retinopathy, trauma
