³Laser Göz Sağlığı Merkezi. Candida endophthalmitis has became a serious problem in last decade in the event of excessive usage of broad spectrum antibiotics. Pars plana vitrectomy surgeries were performed in 4 eyes of three cases. Rhegmatogeneous retinal detachment occurred in the earyl postoperative period in three eyes of two cases. In the other case, retinal break occurred during the surgery. Factors leading to reti-nal break formation in candida endophthalmitis and prognosis were evaluated. Keywords :
