Gazi Üniv. Tıp Fak. Göz Hast AD. Examination and analysis results of a 30 year-old woman who is diagnosed in our clinic as Bietti's crystalline dystrophy are represented. Biomicroscopic examination was considered as normal. Fundoscopic examination revealed typical yellow refractile deposites. Fundus florescein angiographically, there was loss of retina pigment epithelium. Electrophysiological tests showed disturbance of photopic and scotopic values and perimetric examination showed minimal concentric constriction bilaterally.
