FOLLOW-UP THE RESPONSE OF THE TREATMENT IN A VOGT-KOYANAGI HARADA PATIENT WITH OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY
Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göz Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı
In a case of Vogt Koyanagi Harada Syndrome with multiple serous retinal detachments including macula in both eyes, foveal thickness and the height of serous macular detachment measurements were taken with optical coherence tomography. On the fifth day of corticosteroid teratment, retina was reattached with normal macula in both eyes and the visual acuity improved. The height of serous macular detachment was resolved in both eyes in optical coherence tomography scans. In this case, clinical improvement was evaluated quantitatively with optical coherence tomography.
