A Multiple Evanescent White Dot Syndrome Case With Asymmetric Bilateral Involvement
İstanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Hastanesi Göz Kliniği
A MEWDS case with asymmetric bilateral involvement was presented. In his symptomatic left eye, there were reduced visual acuity, typical white deep retinal lesions, optic disc oedema, blind spot enlargement and pathologic FFA, ERG and EOG findings. The diagnosis of his clinically symptomatic right eye was made by the pathological EOG and visual field while visual acuity was normal and retinal lesions were barely visible.
