Bilateral-multifocal retinal astrocytic hamartomas together with hypopigmented iris lesions in the right eye were seen in a 15-years-old female with tuberous sclerosis. In this study, the ophthalmologic features of a patient with tuberous sclerosis who had multisystem organ involvement are presented, diagnostic criteria and importance of follow up examination are discussed.
