There may be pigmentation at the edge of the lesion, and a few large choroidal vessels may cross sclera at the base of the lesion. We report a case of unilateral macular coloboma associated with chronic renal failure. We suggest that this may be a different presentation of oculorenal syndrome, considering other entities in the differential diagnosis. Keywords : Oculorenal syndrome, macular coloboma, renal failure.
