Purpase: Waardenburg syndrome (WS) can be seen with a frequency of 1/20000 - 1/42000 in different populations. In this study, we aimed to evaluate WS because of two patients diagnosed as WS type 1. In both of the cases there was white forelock, dystopia canthorum and iris heterochromia and in the first case, there was fundus pigmentary changes as an adition. In cases diagnosed as WS type 1, besides anterior segment, ocular fundus should be evaluated in detail. To diagnose and typing of WS may be important regarding to neurosensorial hearing loss, glaucoma, fundus tumors and systemic findings.
