4Elazığ Asker Hastanesi, Göz Hastalıkları Kliniği, Elazığ, Türkiye, Uz. Dr. A 20-year-old male patient was referred to our clinic with a complaint of bilateral low vision. The patient had no history of ocular trauma or inflammation. Fundoscopic examination showed marked paravenous pigmentary changes and retinochoroidal atrophy areas in both eyes. Fluorescein angiography demonstreated hypofluorescence and hyperfluorescence areas associated with atrophic and pigmentary changes. Fundus findings of patients and electrophysiological tests were consistent with the diagnosis of pigmented paravenous retinochoroidal atrophy. Keywords : Macula, retinochoroidal atrophy, retinal pigmentation
