²M.D., Sisli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, Eye Clinic, Istanbul/TURKEY Twenty-three years old male patient applied because of night blindness and decreased vision. Corrected visual acuity was 10/10 bilaterally. Anterior segment examination was normal. Fundus examination revealed bilateral equatorial and peripheral widespread choroidal and retinal pigment epithelial atrophy with preserved central macular area. Diagnosis was compatible with choroideremia clinically. Imaging properties of the disease was evaluated using fundus fluorescein angiography and spectral domain optical coherence tomography.
