Nowadays it is rarely seen due to improved diagnosis and surgical treatment methods. We aimed to report a case who refused to undergo a second operation for the removal of foreign body after the initial care for the penetrating eye trauma but later accepted a surgical intervention due to ocular siderosis in the second year. In this study we present the electrophysiological, histopathological and pharmacological findings of our case with ocular siderosis. Keywords : Penetrating injury, siderosis, electrophysiology
