Best corrected visual acuity was 1.0 OD and 0.15 OS. Fundus examination revealed normal fi ndings OD whereas blurred optic disc borders, venous tortuosity, microhemorrages and retinal edema in papillomacular bundle OS. She was diagnosed as venous stasis retinopathy and cilioretinal artery occlusion and treated with topical timolol maleate and brimonidine, oral acetazolamide, intravenous mannitol and anterior chamber paracentesis, followed by 10 sessions of hyperbaric oxygen treatment with 2.5ATA pressure settings.Visual acuity was 0.7 at 10-day and 1.0 at one-month visit in her left eye. Hyperbaric oxygen treatment might cause visual improvement and serve as a therapeutic option in pediatric silioretinal artery occlusion.
