Prepapillary arterial loop is a congenital vascular anomaly in which one of the main branches of the central retinal artery forms a preretinal loop at the disc before being distributed in the retina. In present study, a 22- year- old patient with prepapillary arterial loop complicated with intravitreal hemorrhage is described and clinical features of this entity are discussed.
