İÜ. Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fak. Göz Hast AD. We measured intraocular pressure over 2 hours period in 27 retinal detachmen, patients undergoing pneumatic retinopexy. All eyes had an immediate rise in intraocular pressure. Central retinal artery of one eye remained totally closed for more than 10 minutes and we aspirated a portion of the gas bubble. In all of the other cases the intraocular pressure fell down towards the baseline et the 30. and 60. minutes after gas injection.
